Production Time - Normal production time for imprinted products is 5-7 working days from final artwork approval. Non-imprinted products can be shipped within 48 hours.
Paper Proof - Free of charge
Random/Non-imprinted Samples - Charged at end column pricing plus shipping costs. Samples can be returned or credited upon actual order.
Pre-Production Sample - First time setup charge of $50.00 USD (G) per color/location plus the cost of the product. Repeat setup charge will apply for actual order.
Less than Minimum Surcharge - $30.00 USD (G)
Rush Service - Available at additional cost. Please call for pricing based on availability.
Drop/split Shipments - $5.00 USD (G) per additional location
Shipping - All U.S. orders are FOB Bellingham, Washington. All Canadian orders are FOB Richmond, BC Canada. Orders will be shipped in the most convenient manner unless otherwise specified.
Lost or damaged goods are the responsibility of the courier after leaving our facility.
Over/under Run - We reserve the right of up to 5% over or under run of order quantity due to uncontrollable production and quality circumstances.
